PROJECT COORDINATOR

DRC Engineering, Inc., an employee-owned company, is seeking a part-time/full-time Dry Utilities Project Coordinator for our Dry Utility Department in our office in Anaheim Hills, CA or Riverside, CA. Below is a list of job duties and qualifications of the ideal candidate:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to multi-task different stages of the dry utility design/construction phase of projects.

  • Communication with utility companies to secure existing facility maps and contact information for individual projects.

  • Coordinate securing developer’s required information for utility authorizations and forms.

  • Communicate with clients to secure Owner’s furnished information such as title report/grant deed, electrical equipment loads, single-line drawings, panel detail schedules, estimated telephone service requirements, estimated gas loads, address lists, proposed construction schedules, identify the scope and additional utility information as required.

  • Efficiently track multiple projects between multiple project managers simultaneously at different stages of entitlement/design/construction phases in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current and properly filed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. AutoCAD experience is a plus.
